While our specialty and manufacturing capability are wooden products, we also ship products with more components. Yes, that’s right – we can do the final assembly of your product and can source a wide range of different components. We have a wide network of local reliable and fast-to-perform suppliers that enable us to source everything from metal parts to complex custom-made PCBs. We take the burden of supply-chain management and provide a complete manufacturing service.

Sustainability

Sustainability as a way of thinking

Wood is a natural and renewable resource. However, it is subject to mismanagement, abuse, and overuse. Sustainability is not just trendy phrase for us, it‘s business mindset, so all the wood we work with comes from reliable and sustainably managed forests. Their owners respect the trees and the wildlife while generously sharing the wood with the world. All of them are FSC certified.

Our goal by 2024 is to become carbon neutral. That includes building a new A+ class facility that uses only renewable energy. We aim to buy renewable energy from the grid and produce our own. The new efficient building will preserve heating energy during cold Lithuanian winters, while brand new machinery will enable us to follow the latest sustainability standards.

Joinery services

We see challenges as opportunities for new solutions. So, our experienced carpenters can take the lead in even the most complex and demanding projects. We primarily focus on cabinetry (kitchen, bathroom furniture), producing home accessories such as mirrors, stools, trays, and audio speaker cabinets. However, our set of tools and experience allows building almost anything.

Mainly used materials: solid oak, solid ash, birch plywood, particle boards.

There are no limits for your design ideas – our own Computer Numeric Control (CNC) routing capacity offers a wide range of possibilities within the realm of wooden products. In addition, our CNC processing centers allow us to produce different products in different volumes with state-of-the-art precision.

Painting and finishing

Painting and finishing

We believe that the best design solutions are enriched by the right finish, so our painting capabilities include preparation and painting, lacquering, and oiling. This service Is not available as a standalone service and is coupled with other services for products that need a specific finish.

We mainly use water-based paint for sustainability reasons.

Final assembly

We like finishing the job. So, If your product needs additional parts, packaging, or a entire-blown assembly – we are up for it. In addition to this, we can also take care of sourcing the required components or packagingfrom our wide network of International and local partners.

Get a prototype & offer

If it is a new product, we will produce a prototype to determine the cost, lead time, the most optimal production method, and material mix. If the product is well established, we will provide you with an offer right away.

Start producing

The start of production depends on many variables, but please be aware that it can take months for a new product to enter the production phase. There are ways to speed it up, however, always allow more time in your plans for production start.

Shipping to you

We can ship your products by sea, air or road transport. We ship worldwide and together with our logistical partners take care of everything, including customs, duties, insurance and proper packaging.
